Why choose shutters? Our shutters are handcrafted to order from the finest materials and made-to-measure for a precise fit. Equally suited to contemporary or traditional décor, shutters provide a light and airy environment alongside privacy and security – features which will add value to your home and elegance to your room.

Shutters are practical too – they’re extremely durable while easy to maintain. They allow you to control the amount of light coming into your room and will also help block out external street noise. They’re ideal for sash and bay windows, French doors and many awkward shaped windows.

For the ultimate in timeless elegance look no further than the Inspirationa shutters range.

Quality comes first. All of our shutters are made from varieties of high quality wood and can be fitted with a range of frames and fixings. There’s a choice of four louvre widths – 47mm, 64mm, 89mm and 114mm – to create an individual look for your window.

A CHOICE OF STYLES

Full Height For a simple yet stunning effect choose a full shutter which covers the entire window.

Tier-on-Tier Using two sets of shutters at your window – one to cover the bottom half and the other to cover the top half – allows even greater light control and privacy. Each set opens independently of the other for the greatest flexibility.

Café Style This style of shutter adds a continental feel to your home. It is fitted to the bottom half of the window, allowing the light in, while providing privacy at the same time.

Looking for dim-out? Solid shutters An alternative to standard shutters – this option provides near blackout and enhanced insulation from external noise. For optimum coverage of half glazed doors choose a solid shutter base and a louvered shutter top.

Perfect for unusual windows. Because all of our shutters are handmade to your individual specifications they are ideal for unusual or awkward window shapes and can turn them into a truly stunning feature. Whether the window shape is slanted, arched, hexagonal or round we can craft your shutter to fit perfectly.

Motorised shutters. For windows that are tricky to reach we offer a remote control option on all shutters with the exception of our Classic Range. This allows you to open, close or tilt your shutters at the touch of a button.

Customise your colour. To make a real statement at the window, match your shutter to one of over 2000 shades from the Dulux Trade or Farrow and Ball ranges of prints. This custom colour option is available on both the Phoenix and Grovewood ranges.
